If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. We will refund the full amount to your payment account. Ensure that you have maintained the product in good condition,and unused before returning it to us. Contact our customer service before returning the product,and we will help in resolving the return issues. 

 

1.2 Refund 

For any paid product, if you'd like to request for a refund, we will refund the full amount once we've confirmed that the quality of the returned product is adequate. We will transfer the payment back to your account within five working days after confirming the refund. 

 

1.3 Returns and Refunds for Abnormal Products 

If you receive a product different from the one sold or don't receive the product during the promised period,you can request a full refund. In this case, we'll help you to resolve return packaging issues and provide a full refund. 

 

1.4 Note 

  1. All returns must have approval from the seller before shipping to their address.
  2. All returns must include the original packaging and accessories, or we won't provide a full refund. 
  3. The buyer is responsible for the return freight charges in the case of a return policy. 

2.Additional Services

To provide the best customer experience, we promise strict quality control for all our products.For further customer satisfaction, we offer additional paid services.For instance, if your camera faces any issues after the warranty period,we offer an "Extended Warranty Service" that provides an additional period for maintenance and repair. 

✱Warranty extension: You can register product information in AiDot APP, in order to get an additional 6 months of extended warranty service.
