Needed a camera for my large backyard.?Had no prewired points so a battery/solar operated camera would be a nice solution.?Gives me the option to mount in an area that covers much of the back yard.? Easy to install but you need to have the solar panel mounted so it gets plenty of sunlight. The sensitivity of the camera is decent as it detects movement from the numerous cats in the area, covers a lot of area.? Needs to be mounted as close to the WIFI as possible as I noticed the range was not very strong and kept losing the connection so I had to re-mount the camera closer to the house.?The one feature missing that I really wish it had is a light feature.?My other cameras have a light that comes in when there is movement. This product does more recording than actual security.?The clarity of the recording is good but takes a bit to find what I was looking for as I had to scan through a lot of the night.?I do like the App as it has? a lot of features but many of them are unavailable after the subscription expires.

I purchased this camera for my front door and driveway to my Townhome. There is no electrical outlet or fixture, so I went with Solar. The camera came charged and I used it on the existing battery for 5 days before the charge fell below 20%. I finally set up the solar panel charger, and it receives about 4 to 5 hours of direct sunlight each day. It quickly caught back up and after 3 days, it's almost always at 100% charge. The app has a lot of features for motion type, sensitivity, scheduling & talk back. You can change between SD & HD for live monitoring.

This has been a good budget friendly security camera.
The clarity in HD isn’t the best of course, but you can make out facial features.
Night vision is actually really good too, you can also set it to color.
The motion detection has worked out great.
The battery has stayed fully charged thanks to the solar panel.
The app is nice, everything was easy to connect to our phones and tablets and connected to Wi-Fi with no problems.

Full feature security camera without the need hardwire or manual recharge of the battery. Once in place there is no need to perform any maintenance other than to clean the solar panel occasionally. The only issue that I have sought clarification on is the claim of no subscription. It comes with a 90 day subscription. It's not clear what features remain after the 90 days nor how much the subscription is.
Vendor Clarification: After activating your device, we give you 3 months of cloud service for free. When the service we give away expires, it will be automatically cancelled and no fee will be deducted. The main content of the service is: during the service period, you can use all the AI algorithms on the device, and you can view the event recordings of the last 30 days on the app anytime, anywhere. If the service expires, most AI algorithms cannot be used (varies by device), and only 24 hours of event video can be viewed. You can also view the live stream without issue. Also, our subscription fee is $1.99 per month.
Since it is all-weather, the connector from solar panel to the camera fits snugly. The downside of that is care must be taken that the connector is well seated and making good charging contact to the camera. It took several attempts to get that right.

This outdoor wireless solar camera has several different functions. One function is the motion detection function. It is able to distinguish between people and pets. Because it is solar the battery stays charged. After downloading an app, I receive notification to my phone when motion is detected. I have the ability to verbally communicate with the person on the camera. The camera set up instructions were east to follow and understand. The resolution is sharp and clear and I can zoom in on the picture. I am very pleased with this camera and I would recommend it.
